A vibrant premium aged wine with a balance of ripe fruit and oak aged intensity. Selected Port wines are chosen for ageing in wooden vats and casks, concentrating all their fruit and flavour.
With its intense red tawny colour, this port shows an elegant combination of aromas and flavours, balancing ripe fruit, jam and dried fruits with hints of vanilla and raisins. Full-bodied and appealing, it is excellent on its own or when served with rich appetisers, strong blue cheeses and rich desserts, from tarte tatin to custards, ice-cream and puddings with figs. Does not require decanting, but benefits from aeration. Serve slightly chilled in a large glass.

Optionally Add a Newspaper
During personalisation, you will be given the option to add a newspaper from a signifcant date to the recipient. All papers sent will be a genuine original & complete newspaper (not a copy) from the date you select.
Each newspaper comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Sunday newspapers are very rare, and therefore carry a premium. If the date you have chosen is a Sunday, a £20 surcharge will apply, which will be shown against the relevant title. To avoid this charge why not choose the next day, which will carry the news from the day before.
