Rose is a summer drink for me but I know lots of people that like a ‘pink drink’ all the year round. Rose wine is growing in popularity and this gift has two wind options. First the ordinary ‘Vin de Pays’ that’s wine of the country to you and me and it’s very drinkable. The second option is ‘AC’ for Appellation Controllee which just means the wine has to meet set standards.
