Sparkling Wine Tasting Notes

We have selected a NV Brut Cava from Codorniu, one of the leading and most respected producers. A classic dry sparkling wine using the 3 traditional and indigenous grape varieties Parellada, Xarel-Lo and Macabeo using a blend first perfected in 1872. The Traditional Method is used with bottle fermentation and the wine is aged on the "lees" for at least 9 months. Fresh fruity and balanced with a dry finish.

Our labels are printed using the highest quality waterproof inks and water resistant paper stocks and are highly resistant to scratching.
