Apart from a misunderstanding regarding when the item would be despatched/delivered, I am very pleased.
I was surprised that an internet company nowadays would take so long to despatch goods, even personalised ones.
I would definitely use the site again. They have some very good gift ideas.

I have had an email stating that it was sent 10 days ago however, I have not recieved it yet and would like to know what the holdup is.
When will another one be sent in replacement for the first one not arriving?

Below are the delivery notes from the website, stating that the letters are not dispatched until the 1st December:-

Christmas Delivery
Your letter will be despatched within 3 to 4 days and is guaranteed to arrive before 24th December if ordered by 19th December. FREE Delivery!
These Father Christmas letters are sent out from 1st December onwards, any orders placed before December will be held until then.
Orders placed before 1st December will not be released until the 1st December
