Overall this product was exactly how it said it should. It was up to promoted quality until I looked at the note inside the bottle. It had the complete wrong text that I had wanted. The text was too oversized and had completely cut off chunks of the text. I had made sure I'd done what was asked, 20 lines and 1000 characters. I filled the 20 lines and only used 600 characters and it still managed to come with 15 lines and 200 characters. Only the beginning of my sentences was on the paper.
I suggest if you buy this product make sure you only use a few sentences.
Waste of money.

This product will take the required personalisation of up to 20 Lines and 1000 characters, having viewed the xml file from your order, it appears the way you have received it, which would suggest it was entered that way, as there is no manually intervention in processing these orders.

I WAS THRILLED TO BITS WHEN I RECEIVED THIS GORGEOUS BOOK, THE DESCRIPTION OF IT DOESNT DO IT JUSTICE, I WANTED SOMETHING PERSONAL FOR MY PARTNER WHO IS TERMINALLY ILL AND THIS GIFT SAYS IT ALL.ESPECIALLY AS YOU CAN PUT YOUR OWN MESSAGE IN IT ALSO. AND THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC TOO, REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS SITE AGAIN AND WOULD FOR DEF RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TY X
