superb I was a little disappointed I must admit at first, as the colour I wanted - brown, was not available. I settled on the pink one in the end, after hunting around on other websites - this was DEFINITELY the best address book around and at a very reasonable price as all the were plain and boring! When it came through the post it was so much better then I expected - the quality is amazing and the leather is the soft kind, it has lots of space to write down addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses - which is exactly what my friend was looking for. My friend was absolutely thrilled to bits, especially as the engraving added an extra special touch!
