Great classy gift Bought for one of my best friends on her wedding day. Had an issue with the delivery date, but I emailed customer services and got a reply the same day to say they'd do their best to 'hurry up' my order (being delivered to France).. Was worth the wait! A classy, chic design with beautiful engraving that remains subtle. Packaging was perfect - bubble-wrapped tightly with cardboard supports and further protection round the corners. Would buy from the site again. 16 October 2012
Alright in the end Actually I was very pleased with the final product but the first one you sent was below standard as the engraving was not of the highest quality. Customer services were great when I phoned and immediately organised a replacement. As this was a gift for my first grandchild I was so disappointed at first when I saw the engraving, but was appeased by your quick response. 26 July 2012
